This page explains how users may request deletion of their account and personal data from systems operated by FGA Trust Limited.

1. Your Right to Request Account Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

Once an account deletion request has been processed:

  • Access to the account will be permanently disabled.

  • Personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized from active systems.

  • The user will no longer be able to log in or access services linked to the account.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account by contacting us through the official channel below:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Registered email address

  • Full name

  • Account identifier (if applicable)

  • Reason for deletion request (optional)

For security reasons, identity verification may be required before processing the request.

3. Processing of Deletion Requests

After identity verification:

  • Your account access may be disabled promptly.

  • Personal data will normally be deleted or anonymized within 90 days from the date the request is confirmed.

In some cases, additional time may be required depending on system backups or legal obligations.

4. Data That May Be Retained

Even after an account deletion request is processed, certain information may be retained where required for:

  • Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations

  • Anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing regulations

  • Fraud prevention and security monitoring

  • Accounting and audit purposes

  • Resolution of disputes or enforcement of agreements

Such retained information will be securely stored and used only for the purposes permitted under applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

5. Data That Will Be Deleted or Anonymized

Subject to applicable laws, the following data will normally be deleted or anonymized:

  • Account profile information

  • Contact information

  • Login credentials and authentication data

  • Uploaded documents or files (unless required for compliance)

  • Usage and activity data associated with the account

6. Backup Systems

Copies of certain data may remain temporarily in encrypted backups. These backups are automatically overwritten or deleted as part of regular system maintenance cycles.

Backup data is not used for operational purposes.
