With the withdraw function, you can transfer your digital asset from your FGA account to another platform or digital wallet. The following is a simple instruction to guide you through the operation step by step:
Navigate to 'Digital Assets" under "Custodian'.
Click 'Pay' in 'Overview'.
Select 'Trust Living Expenses Arrangement' in the subsequent popup.
Select the asset you wish to withdraw from the list.
Fill in the withdrawal instruction form corresponding to the asset you have selected.
Then, you'll enter an instruction confirmation page. Click 'Confirm' to confirm your instruction.
Following your confirmation, you are required to verify your identity. As the verification page shows up, enter your Google Two-Factor Authentication code (or SMS authentication code) for verification purposes.
Your withdrawal instruction will be placed once the confirmation page appears.

I withdrew my funds to the wrong address. Can I retrieve my fund?
Suppose you mistakenly withdraw your funds to the wrong address. In that case, FGA will be unable to locate the receiver of your funds and provide you with any further assistance because our system initiates the withdrawal process as soon as the instruction is executed.
However, you could try to retrieve your fund from the third party with the following measurements:
If you sent your assets to an incorrect address by mistake and know the owner of this address, please get in touch with the owner directly.
If you sent your assets to the wrong address on another platform, please get in touch with the customer support of that platform for assistance.
Finally, please get in touch with the platform's customer support and provide them with the Public Transaction Hash of your withdrawal.
