What is borderless payment?

Borderless payment is a service that allows users to request FGA to make a payment for purchases, bills, and invoices on the user's behalf by simply placing a bill payment instruction.

*Borderless payment is only available for JADE and ROYAL members only.

What type of bills are covered by the global bill payment service?

With FGA's global bill payment service, you can pay bills for the following items and more:

  • Mergers & acquisitions

  • Global property investment

  • Buying jewelry, cars, and real estate

  • Daily expenses

  • Expenses for immigration


​How to place a bill payment instruction?

You can place a bill payment instruction by:

  1. Navigating to 'Bill Payment' from the menu on the left side of the page.

  2. Click on '+New Bill Payment Instruction' on the Bill Payment interface.

  3. Upload the screenshot(s) of your invoice and fill out the instruction form, click 'Next'.

  4. Confirm the information on the subsequent confirmation, click 'Confirm'.

    * Note: You can specify the payment account, currency, and amount in the bill payment instruction form.
