Is it possible that I might lose my trust assets?

By law, the assets which have been injected into the trust are no longer below to you. The rights of the assets have been transferred to the trustee. However, FGA tailored a trust deed that all the investment powers and asset management functions are reserved to you. You have certain control of the trust assets by giving instruction to the trustee. With the investment powers, you are allowed to invest the assets with your choices.
