View Account Statement
1. Navigate to 'My Profile' under 'Account Center'.
2. Locate 'Account Statement' and expand the month for which you wish to view financial details.
3. Click on the button for the available statement (See screenshot below) you wish to see.
Customize and Export Account Statement
To customize the name and address on the account statement:
Click on the 'Edit Statement Options' button in 'Account Statement'.
Once the popup appears, select the name and address you preferred to appear on the account statement.
Click 'Update'. The exported statement will include your preferred name and address.
To export your account statement:
Click on the 'Export' button in 'Account Statement'.
Once the popup appears, select the date range of your statement and the statement type you wish to export.
Click 'Generate Statement', the statement will then be exported in PDF format on a separate page.
What Should I do if I can't export my account statement?
If you failed to export the account statement, please troubleshoot with the following guidelines:
Make sure your internet connection is clear and uninterrupted.
Check if popups are blocked or not on your browser. If so, please enable popups on your browser's setting.
Ensure that the Adobe Reader plug-in is enabled in your browser settings.
