Card Replacement and Fees

I just lost/damaged my card. What am I supposed to do now?

If your card is lost or damaged, you can place a card replacement instruction to get a new card on the FGA portal. Here are the steps:

1. Navigate to 'Credit Card' under 'Custodian'.

2. Click on 'Replace Card' in the upper right corner.

3. Select your 'Reason to Replace', click 'Continue'.

4. Then, select your preferred method of receiving the card, click 'Confirm'.

* Note:

  1. Once you place the replacement instruction, the card will be deactivated immediately and cease to function.

  2. Each card replacement is subject to a replacement fee of 50.00 HKD.

Replacement Fees

Please refer to the Fee Schedule under Account Center in the FGA Trust Platform for replacement fees.

Note:

  • Your physical card will stop working immediately upon cancellation.

  • Please update the card details with the online merchant including the online service you would like to use your F-Black Mastercard for.
