How can I schedule payment to be processed at a future date?

You can make a payment with the scheduled bill payment function at a future date.

Here are the steps:

  1. Navigate to 'Bill Payment' from the menu on the left side of the page..

  2. Click '+New Bill Payment Instruction'.

  3. After entering the bill payment instruction and filling out the form, check the ‘Schedule Bill Payment’ box in the Bill Payment Instruction form.

  4. Select the date of the payment.

  5. Click 'Next'.

How far ahead can I schedule my bill payment?

You can schedule your payment as far ahead as you want.


​Can I cancel a scheduled payment?

You can always cancel your payment by clicking on the trash bin icon corresponding to the payment item on the payment list.
