Overview:
Upon entering the FGA portal, you will be directing to the "Overview" page, you can review your account as a glance, this is also a shortcut page to the major functions that you mostly use: -
Have a comprehensive overview, transaction records, shortcut to recent statements of various HK and offshore accounts.
Gain instant access to various operations.
Have a comprehensive summary of all the issued F-Black MasterCard under your account.
Executive summary of the daily global market data provided by our designated Investment Advisor (for subscriber ONLY).
Custodian:
When you click "Custodian" at the scroll down menu, you can experience further functions within your account, we highlight a few functions below which you often use.
Currency/ SG Account/ Digital Assets:
Under the tag "Currency", "SG Account" and "Digital Assets", you can find the buttons in the overview box that allow you to perform various operations such as Inject, Pay and Exchange.
There are various ways for injecting and paying via different currencies, the operation flows are self-explanatory, while please contact us if you need further assistance during the process.

Credit Card:
You can view and control all the issued F-Black MasterCard under your account at the "Card Overview" page with the following features:
1. Card Overview
View your card account balance, repayment information, card information, transaction history, and spending summary all in one place.
2. Repayment
You can repay your card balance on the platform by enabling AutoPay to pre-authorize FGA to execute repayment instructions on your behalf automatically. For detailed instructions, please see Repayment with AutoPay.

3. Settings
You can change ATM PIN, lock/unlock card, set card limit and replace card with the settings on the upper right side of the card overview page.
Bill Payment (for selected clients ONLY):
You can find your bill payment record on the bill payment page. Click on the "New Bill Payment Instruction" button to place a new payment instruction.
Furthermore, you can schedule the bill payment instruction by checking the box "Schedule Bill Payment" in the Bill Payment Instruction popup.

Transaction History:
You can view and download detailed transaction history on 'My Transaction History' page.
Account Center:
My Profile
Besides viewing your personal information here, you can also add or update your beneficiary(ies) and/or the beneficiary asset allocations by clicking 'Update Beneficiaries' under "Trust Overview" box. For detailed information, please see Beneficiaries.
Furthermore, you can generate your account statements with your own preference without any time limit and constraint, simply click the "Update Statement Options" button at the "Account Statements" box and select the preferred options at the popup.
Security
On Security page, you will be able to enable/disable various security settings on such as Google/SMS Two-Factor Authentication, Two-Factor Sign-in, login password configuration, and anti-phishing code:
